The celebrated Indian author who shot to international acclaim in 1997 with her Man Booker Prize winning first novel GOD OF SMALL THINGS,  took 20 years to come up with her second novel THE MINISTRY OF UTMOST HAPPINESS in 2017 (included in the long list of books for the Man Booker Prize 2017).
